This may be tested:
Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing English language skills. Ability to provide technical and analytical written instructions to all levels of Consulate and Embassy staff in countries worldwide.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Skills in writing, interpersonal relations and customer service;
- Analytical skills to determine the best method of resolving basic to complex software problems.
- Understanding of complex enterprise-level networking and computer architecture;
- Fast and accurate typing when talking to the customer real time on the phone is helpful;
- Basic accounting knowledge is helpful;
- Ability to work in a team environment is required.
