At minimum, five years progressively responsible secretary or administrative assistant experience is required. Demonstrable competence in the fields of office administration and secretarial work is required. Ability to organize meetings and conference logistics. Evidence of experience in coordination and networking with and between agencies, departments, and/or programs during prior work experience required. Background in HIV/AIDS is desirable
Must have broad knowledge of office procedures and administrative management. Broad perspective and thorough knowledge of the management and logistics principles, practices, and procedures.
English Level - Fluent -(reading/writing/speaking) This may be tested.
Portuguese Level -Fluent- (reading/writing/speaking) This may be tested.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Ability to use all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The incumbent must have excellent organizational abilities, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and be able to effectively promote positive and results-oriented interpersonal/inter-organizational relations.
