EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in general administrative including property, inventory, or storekeeping is required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Good working knowledge of general office work and basic administrative controls. Knowledge of property control files (issue outs, turn ins, actions, transfers, loan slips, etc.).Ability to effectively develop and implement standard operating procedures, must be organized, able to take initiative to solve problems.
LANGUAGE: English Language - Level III - Good working knowledge required
Portuguese Language - Level III - Good working knowledge required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have: a category B driver's license; basic math skills, basic keyboard abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet; ability to work with bar code scanners, ability to lift at least 15kg and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.
