EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a multilingual, multicultural, or multinational work environment is required, with project management, marketing, public relations, communication, or education duties as a significant part of the job.
JOB KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of Nigeria political, economic, social, and educational structure; institutions, political parties, and cultural movements; historical development and its key personalities is required.

Ability to maintain working level contacts in governmental, educational, and cultural institutions, as well as the ability to draft correspondence is required.
